At Nxsto, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-built, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Products that have been installed or show signs of use.

  • Clearance items or products marked “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@nxsto.com or contact our support team through the website with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Our customer support team will assess the request and provide return approval if applicable.

  3. A return pickup will be arranged within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
